Grab your crew. Find the cards. Do you have the winning hand?
Poker Hunters is a fresh take on the 1980s 'Treasure Hunt' craze, currently running across Northamptonshire and beyond. Work out locations from the clues, choose a route, collect a playing card at each stop, and see who can build the best poker hand by the finish line.
A new kind of day out, built for glove-box adventurers
Poker Hunters launched in 2025 with a simple idea: to revive the fun of the 1980s, get people off the sofa and into the car for a few hours of clue-cracking, card-collecting fun. No experience needed. just a route, a deck of cards, and a car full of people who fancy a laugh.
Whether it's a family outing, a get-together with mates, or an excuse to explore a corner of the county you've never been to, every hunt is designed to be easy to pick up and genuinely fun to play — right through to the last card.
Four steps to your best hand
Every Poker Hunters event follows the same simple format, wherever in the county you're playing.

Follow the clues
